More Food from Punta Gorda, Belize

A Purple House Creation! I live in a purple house in PG, and try to cook sometimes.
Here's a simple vegetable fried rice, fried sweet plantains, and fresh cucumbers.

Wonder what they would think of cucumber juice at Manatawny. You know what word I'm talking about. Better drink lots of that cucumber juice....
